Analysis projects performance variation/deviation and forecast according to the initial planning on periodic basis.
· Act as compliance and audit engineer with regard to company projects and submit reports with project status with the chairman
· Represent the chairman regarding the corrective actions required for the progress projects.
· Compile and forward claims raised by the projects due to variation orders, design problem, weather condition, delays in approval of material & proposal to contract department.
· Act as a focal coordination’s between the concern departments with regard to the projects requirements.
· Assist the Project Managers and engineers at site in coordinating the site activities.
· Assist in technical correspondence between projects, client, Consultant and Head office.
· B.Sc. Degree in Architect Engineering.· 15+ Years of Experience.. Experience in consultant offices · Good experience in Residential Projects.· Able to work under stress.· Flexible working hours.· Reporting to Chairman.· Work location New Cairo
