Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents and prepare contract analysis report including main points, concerns and risks to be considered during the pricing process and taking decisions.
- Review contracts drafted by other parties in order to maintain minimum risks to company.
- Draft all correspondences necessary for the Projects to preserve company rights.
- Provide advice regarding interpretation of contract terms and conditions to company departments for clarification.
- Assist contracts section manager in preparation and assessment of EOT and cost claims.
- Prepare internal weekly reports necessary for follow up and monitoring.
- Prepare monthly reports in order to monitor, control and support in decision making.
