Senior Recruitment Specialist

Core Role : 

The Recruitment Specialist /Consultant acts as our clients’ advocate. He/She is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote product or solution usage, retention, and loyalty. The RCs ensure WUZZUF clients are satisfied with the product and services they have received and immediately improve upon any areas of dissatisfaction.

 

Main Duties :

  • Supports WUZZUF clients in regards to their recruitment needs, salaries, and job descriptions as well as the quality of posted jobs.
  • Develops a customer relationship that promotes product or solution usage, retention, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
  • Acts as a point of contact between the client and other internal teams in regard to the clients’ feedback.
  • Follows up with the clients on the vacancies’ status and follows/optimizes the workflow to adhere to the needed KPIs, targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Masters and develops the product expertise to provide the best support to clients.
  • Recommends suitable candidates to the client from WUZZUF database.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on different projects as needed.
  • Attends external meetings with clients (if needed) as well as events and job fairs.
  •  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  •  Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all recruitment activities.
  •  Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams, providing timely feedback and updates.
  •  Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
  •  Support employer branding initiatives to enhance WUZZUF’s presence in the talent market.
  •  Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing and selection processes.
  •  Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  •  Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and online recruitment.
