We are hiring a proactive and well-organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our head office. The successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including office coordination, HR support, and document control.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and organize office operations, supplies, and facility needs.Handle document control, filing, and archiving in physical and digital formats.Assist with HR tasks such as attendance tracking, employee records, and onboarding processes.Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when needed.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company data.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and time management skills.Professional attitude and ability to multitask effectively.
