We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Office Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support project execution through technical documentation, shop drawings, quantity surveying, and coordination with site engineers and consultants. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple technical deliverables in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals in coordination with project specifications.Conduct quantity surveying and prepare material take-offs for procurement and cost estimation.Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure the correct implementation of drawings on site.Follow up on project schedules and monitor progress reports in alignment with technical deliverables.Participate in resolving technical issues, RFIs, and variation orders related to drawings or materials.Ensure that all technical documentation is up-to-date and properly archived.Coordinate with consultants and clients for approvals and technical clarifications.Assist in preparing project handover documents, reports, and submittals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in technical office work within a contracting or construction environment.Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and materials.Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and good knowledge of Revit or Primavera/MS Project.Good command of English (written and spoken).
