Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers and travelers in a professional manner
  • Facilitate travel procedures and ensure accurate data entry and documentation
  • Send data and reports to the concerned authorities via email
  • Communicate with clients (in person, by phone, or email) to answer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Handle emergency situations and solve problems promptly and effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external entities to ensure smooth workflow

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsFluency in English (spoken and written)Additional languages are a strong plusProfessional appearance and excellent interpersonal skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to work under pressureStrong communication and customer service skillsPrevious experience in travel & tourism companies, airports, or embassies is a strong advantage
