Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Lead and deliver mass hiring projects within strict timelines.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
Utilize ATS & ERP systems (Zoho, MINTEL, Odoo, etc.) for efficient recruitment tracking and reporting.
Build strong talent pipelines for insurance-related functions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
Provide recruitment analytics and reports to management.


✅ 3–5 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist✅ Previous mass hiring experience in insurance companies (MUST)✅ Hands-on experience with ERP (Odoo/ERP)✅ Advanced use of ATS (Zoho Recruit, MINTEL, or similar)✅ Fluent English – spoken and written (mandatory)✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills✅ Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
