Merchant Acquisition Team Leader – F&B

• Lead, supervise, and develop acquisition teams across assigned regions (Delta, Cairo, Alexandria, Upper Egypt).

• Monitor and ensure achievement of acquisition targets, KPIs, and acquisition goals.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants and stakeholders in the F&B/HoReCa industry.

• Oversee acquisition pipelines and ensure effective follow-up on leads and opportunities.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations on acquisition performance, forecasts, and market insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business operations.

• Manage conflict effectively and provide solutions that align with company goals.


• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry, including at least 1–2 years in a Team Leader role.• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).• Proven experience managing and motivating teams in multiple regions.• Fluency in English (spoken and written).• Strong knowledge of F&B market dynamics and distribution channels.• Well-established network within the F&B and HoReCa industries.• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and follow-up skills.• Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting abilities.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.• Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.• Demonstrated ability in performance reviews and pipeline oversight, ensuring sales targets, KPIs, and acquisition stages are monitored and achieved.
