Review and analyze customer factoring requests, assess the creditworthiness of suppliers and buyers, and contribute to credit decision-making that achieves a balance between maximizing returns and minimizing risks, in accordance with the company's credit policy and operating procedures manual.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and review customer factoring requests and verify that they meet the required documents and requirements.
- Analyze the financial and commercial data of customers (suppliers and buyers) and assess their ability to repay.
- Prepare a credit analysis based on a credit memo, including recommendations regarding granting or rejecting credit facilities.
- Monitor the limits of granted facilities and ensure compliance.
- Monitor the extent of compliance with obligations and periodically assess risks.
- Contribute to updating customer and buyer databases to reflect actual risk levels.
- Adhere to the credit policy and the decisions of the Financial Regulatory Authority regarding factoring.
- Coordinate with other company departments (financial leasing, legal affairs, risk management) when needed.
- Participate in developing assessment tools and models used to measure risk, in coordination with the Risk Management Unit.
- Provide technical and credit support to the marketing team when evaluating new clients.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:Bachelor’s degree in (commerce, business administration, economics, finance). EXPERIENCE:Experience 7-10 years in a similar position.Experience in credit or financial analysis (preferably in banks or factoring companies), including at least one year as a credit manager.Good understanding of credit and accounting analysis principles. Proficiency in using computers and financial analysis software.Good knowledge of the law regulating factoring activities and relevant regulatory standards. DESIRED SKILLS:Excellent proficiency of English (written and spoken).Excellent in MS Office Tools.Ability to work independently and part of the team.Financial analysis skills. Ability to complete credit memos. Communication and presentation skills for credit cases. Accuracy and attention to detail. Teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
