- Process and manage the company’s payroll operations accurately and on time for all employees.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring all employee data is current and compliant with legal requirements.
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries regarding salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll and employee data.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of payroll-related tax filings and reports.
- Support audits by providing necessary payroll information and documentation.
- Continuously review and improve payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.2-5 years of proven experience in payroll processing or a similar role.Strong understanding of payroll principles, labor laws, and tax regulations.Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and calculations.Strong organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and management.Problem-solving skills to address and resolve payroll discrepancies.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in an on-site environment.male only
