- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC programs, quality management plans, procedures, and work instructions aligned with API, ASME, ISO, and other international standards.
- Establish and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems to ensure consistent performance throughout project lifecycles.
- Oversee inspection and testing operations including NDT (ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant), hydrostatic and pressure testing, welding inspection/certification, material verification, and traceability programs.
- Ensure compliance with API (Q1, Q2, 6A, 16A), ISO (9001, 14001, 45001/OHSAS 18001), ASME, BSEE, and other applicable regulatory and industry standards, coordinating with certification bodies and third-party inspection agencies.
- Maintain robust documentation systems, including inspection reports, quality deliverables, MTCs, equipment qualifications, and document control with proper revision management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop QA/QC teams by providing technical guidance, training, and workforce planning while coordinating with project managers, operations teams, vendors, and client representatives.
- Manage vendor qualification, supplier audits, and third-party inspection services while addressing client quality inquiries, hold points, and corrective action requests.
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, corrective/preventive action programs, lessons learned, and best practice implementation to optimize quality systems, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
