- Develop and deliver engaging English language lessons aligned with curriculum standards for the assigned section (American, British, or National).
- Assess students’ progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and respect for diverse perspectives.
- Incorporate a variety of teaching methods and educational technologies to address different learning styles and abilities.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities that foster language development and critical thinking.
- Monitor and report on student attendance, behavior, and academic performance to school administration and parents as required.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school events to contribute to the school community.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and support school-wide initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents or guardians.
- Support students’ social and emotional development through mentorship and guidance.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.1-5 years of experience teaching English at the elementary, middle, or high school level.Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.Familiarity with American, British, or National curricula is highly desirable.Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
