Main Responsibilities:
To lead and manage the sales function for outdoor advertising (OOH) including billboards, transit, street furniture, and digital displays. Responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth while maintaining strong relationships with media buyers, agencies, and direct clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from outdoor advertising assets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with agencies, corporates, and government accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
- Identify new business opportunities and innovative advertising solutions for clients.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and pitches.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:- Years of Experience: 7+ years of experience in - Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.- Skills:- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.- Established network with advertising agencies and media buyers (preferred).- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
