- Collaborate with architects, clients, and contractors to develop innovative interior design concepts and solutions.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications for interior spaces using CAD and other design software.
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures to ensure compliance with project requirements and design intent.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress, ensure quality standards, and address any technical challenges.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems within interior designs.
- Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs adhere to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior designers and interns as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to enhance design solutions.
