VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture About this Role We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our Middleware Development Team. The individual will be responsible for designing and developing software applications and products, while also providing technical guidance and coaching to junior team members. This role requires strong problem-solving capabilities, ownership of technical issues, and a collaborative mindset to support production systems and drive innovation. What you will do Participate in the design and development of one or more software modules. Implement requirements in alignment with project design documents. Investigate and recommend suitable technologies and tools. Take ownership of issue resolution and provide clear, timely reporting. Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior team members. Review code and offer constructive feedback to ensure quality. Analyse and resolve software errors within agreed timelines. Support production systems and meet defined KPIs. Contribute to requirement estimation and project planning. Suggest and implement innovative ideas and improvements. Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and adapt to changes. Who you are Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. 3-8 years of experience in Java development. Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, and microservices architecture. Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and AWS. Skilled in REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and clean code practices. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team under pressure.
