This role requires a visionary leader with strong expertise in the accessories and hardware industry, as well as solid management and business development skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA is a plus).* Minimum 10 years’ leadership experience, preferably in *kitchen accessories, furniture fittings, or wood hardware trading*.* Strong understanding of import/export, supply chain, and distribution networks.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills.* Fluency in English (spoken & written).
