  • Coordinate office maintenance, supplies procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and confidential information with discretion.
  • Monitor office budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize cost-effectiveness.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Liaise with management and other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the office.

Media Company vacancy job requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management & administration & managing staff.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising staff.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.Experience managing office budgets and vendor relationships.Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
