Marketing Specialist

1. Plan and execute BTL marketing activities (on-ground activations, exhibitions, events, to support project launches and sales campaigns.
2. Develop and oversee the production of printed materials (brochures, flyers, billboards, signage, roll-upsin line with brand identity.
3. Coordinate with design teams and agencies to ensure creative quality and brand alignment.
4. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely production and delivery of marketing materials.
5. Monitor inventory of marketing materials and ensure continuous availability at sales offices and events.
6. Stay updated on real estate marketing trends and competitor activities to ensure competitive edge.
 


Strong background in BTL activitiesKnowledge of printing processes, materials, and vendor management.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate development or a related industry.Solid understanding of brand guidelines and consistency across marketing assets.
