5 to 7 years of professional experience in plant pathology or agricultural engineering.Proven expertise in diagnosing and managing plant diseases in diverse crop systems.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in laboratory and field diagnostic tools.Experience developing and implementing integrated pest management (IPM) strategies.Excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office-based environment.Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to plant health and crop protection.Demonstrated project management and organizational abilities.Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.
