- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
- Prepare documentation and reports for compliance purposes.

- Support management with financial modeling and analysis for strategic initiatives.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff, providing guidance on best practices.

- Implement new accounting software or tools as needed to enhance efficiency.
University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.Minimum of 5 -7 years of accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.Experience in the manufacturing or furniture industry is a plus.Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
