- Responsible for responding to clients’ inquiries promptly and professionally following  company’s policies and procedures. 
- Explore opportunities to deliver added value to the clients. 
- Responsible for preparing and updating the daily report. 
- Responsible for handling and following up with customers’ complaints and requests promptly. 
- Communicate with the clients regarding any events, and campaigns.

   Real Estate experience is a mustFluent in English “written and spoken”.1-3 years of experience in client relations within a relevant industry.Knowledge about customer satisfaction and retention.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Active listening with professional problem-solving skills.Be familiar with CRM systems and practices.Multitasker and effective time management skills.
