Recruitment Specialist- English Account

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for English-speaking accounts, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top candidates.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and feedback between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build strong relationships with universities, training centers, and recruitment agencies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Prepare regular reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a Tele sales or call center.Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.Proven experience in handling mass hiringExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to work onsite in an office environment.
