- Support daily operations by managing order flow, payment tracking, and shipping coordination as needed.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline workflows and resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain and update sheets by fixing formula errors, formatting issues, or missing data.
- Perform regular balance checks to ensure all payments and dues are updated and accurate.
- Create and set up new sheets for newly onboarded clients, including orders, payments, and status tracking.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all shared files.
Previous experience in operations, e-commerce, or logistics is preferred. Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, formatting, and data tracking). Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Strong communication skills, especially for coordinating with clients and partners. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
