Human Resources Generalist

  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training, development programs, and performance management processes.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries, benefits, and organizational policies.
  • Support payroll administration and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational development and change management initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in a human resources generalist or similar HR role.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
