Position Overview:
We are looking for a Branch Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Tagamo3 Branch. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, high service standards, team efficiency, and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily branch operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Lead, motivate, and support the admin reception, call center coordinators, and service staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and performance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure proper usage and inventory of products and tools.
- Coordinate with Head Office for reports, HR, finance, and marketing needs.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Drive branch targets and ensure sales and service KPIs are achieved.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.3+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty care industry (supervisory/management role preferred).Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Customer-oriented with a focus on quality and service excellence.Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with Zoho People is a plus.Ability to work under pressure and manage shift-based staff.
