- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories to expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular field visits and follow-ups.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Sakr Group’s offerings and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to management.
- Represent Sakr Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide timely solutions to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints, ensuring a high level of service.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or a similar role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
