- Record all incoming and outgoing materials and goods in the accounting system.
- Monitor daily stock levels and prepare regular inventory reports.
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
- Ensure proper documentation for all stock transactions (receipts, issues, transfers, returns).
- Verify supplier invoices against delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Support internal and external audits related to warehouse and inventory.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or losses in inventory.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing related to inventory.
- Follow company policies and internal controls regarding stock management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in inventory accounting, cost accounting, or a similar role.Strong understanding of inventory management principles and accounting standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).Male candidates only.Previous experience in industrial companies is preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to conduct physical inventory counts and work on-site as required.Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
