Sales Manager

Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the supply chain, import, or export industries.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and best practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.Experience working in an office-based environment.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
