- Identify, target, and secure new B2B clients through prospecting, networking, and industry research.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and proposals to decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in the CRM, tracking all stages of the sales process.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to customize solutions for client needs and ensure smooth project handovers.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, or conferences to expand network and identify new opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to recommend improvements to products or sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).At least 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within ( Automotive) .Demonstrated success in generating leads, closing sales, and exceeding targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Skilled in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong client relationship management abilities.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.Able to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:Experience managing complex sales cycles or selling to enterprise-level clients.Industry knowledge relevant to our market.Familiarity with digital sales tools and techniques.Multilingual capabilities (if relevant to client base).
