- Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of project needs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and alternative materials that align with project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and site teams to forecast procurement needs and resolve supply chain challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards throughout the procurement cycle.
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets, track expenditures, and generate regular reports on purchasing activities.
- Evaluate supplier performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.

Minimum of 5 years and up to 8 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably within the construction or finishing industry.Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.In-depth knowledge of sourcing, supplier evaluation, and supply chain management best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.Experience working in an on-site (office-based) environment.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including project management and site operations.Commitment to upholding ethical standards and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
