Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives to maximize organic reach and search visibility.
• Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and performance analytics across channels.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and lead nurturing funnels.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging digital assets (blogs, videos, graphics, landing pages).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and other marketing platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital tools, and competitive landscape to recommend innovative strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI from digital investments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of digital specialists and external agency partners.
Qualifications & Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.• 5 - 10 years of experience in marketing management, with a strong focus on digital marketing.• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, etc.) and CRM systems.• Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, etc.).• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
