Amdeus Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Amadeus Consultant to join our travel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling reservations, ticketing, and travel-related services using the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS). This role requires strong knowledge of airline fares, schedules, reissues, refunds, and the ability to provide excellent customer service to clients.


Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience using Amadeus GDS for reservations, ticketing, reissues, and refunds.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of airfares, fare rules, and IATA regulations.Proficiency in issuing, reissuing, and refunding tickets.Ability to handle schedule changes, cancellations, and exchanges. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).Customer Service: Strong client-handling skills with a service-oriented approach.Other Skills:High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
