- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Manage general ledger functions and ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.
- Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor and maintain accounting controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5-7 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in work.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
