- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures across all project sites to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs and awareness sessions for employees, contractors, and site visitors.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and ensuring root cause analysis is conducted.
- Maintain accurate records of safety audits, inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to integrate HSE best practices into daily operations.
- Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and availability of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety devices.
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility among all staff and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on changes in HSE regulations and industry standards, ensuring continuous compliance.
- Support emergency response planning and participate in drills and simulations as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.2 to 4 years of proven experience in an HSE role, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.Demonstrated ability to conduct risk assessments and site inspections effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and stakeholder engagement.Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate HSE documentation.Ability to respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and incidents.Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.Experience in delivering HSE training and awareness programs.Willingness to work on-site (office-based arrangement) as required by project needs.
