PR & Communication (Sheikh Zayed)

 

The Community Outreach & On-Ground Marketing Manager will be responsible for building strong local visibility, generating qualified leads, and increasing enrollment across branches. The role focuses on positioning the preschool as the top choice for families through direct engagement, community partnerships, and in-branch events that showcase the quality of care and education provided.

 


Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field (minimum).Additional training in Early Childhood Education, Communications, or Event Management is a plus.Experience:3–5 years proven experience in on-ground marketing, community outreach, or business development.Preferred experience in preschool/education, hospitality, or child-focused services.Track record of building partnerships with corporates, schools, and healthcare providers.Hands-on experience in event planning, activations, and lead generation.Experience working with KPIs and enrollment-driven targets.Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Negotiation and partnership-building abilities.Strong planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.Professional, polished, and child-centered presentation.
