Administrative Coordinator

  • Coordinate and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, managing correspondence and inquiries.

  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems for easy retrieval and accuracy.

  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in an administrative or office coordination role.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.Experience handling confidential information with integrity.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
