Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operations/project management, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in operational planning, budgeting, and resource management.Track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.Willingness to work onsite and adapt to dynamic project needs.PMP certification is a plus.Proficiency in Odoo/ERP systems for project management, operational monitoring, and reporting.
