Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the agency’s recruitment and talent acquisition services. This role requires a strong network, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Identify and target potential clients across industries with ongoing hiring needs.
Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Present and promote the agency’s recruitment solutions, including mass hiring, white-collar, and executive search.
Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the agency.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver on client requirements and ensure service quality.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, pipelines, and achievements.
Represent the agency at networking events, HR conferences, and business meetings.
● 6-8 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.● Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.● Strong understanding of recruitment, consultation, or outsourcing services.● Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.● Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.● Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.● Strong presentation and proposal development skills.● Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
