- Promote and sell residential and investment properties developed and marketed by El Mamlaka Developments.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate offers and close sales transactions in alignment with company policies and client interests.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and local real estate developments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and property listings using CRM tools.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and open houses to expand the client network.
1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to work from the office and attend client meetings as required.High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving market environment.Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage.
