- Ensure all raw materials meet Midea’s quality standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct incoming material inspections and laboratory testing as required.
- Monitor supplier performance and collaborate with procurement to resolve material quality issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of material certificates, approvals, and test results.
- Work closely with production teams to secure timely material supply and avoid downtime.
- Support R&D in testing and approving new materials for mass production.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for raw material nonconformities.
- Assist in audits (internal, customer, and certification bodies) related to raw materials.
- Promote safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to Midea’s global standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.1–3 years of experience in raw materials, quality control, or supply chain (preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector).Knowledge of raw material testing, handling, and compliance requirements.Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally.Detail-oriented with strong sense of accountability.
