Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.Proficient in using the HITS HR System.Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and relevant labor laws.Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
