- CRM Assist: Maintain and update our CRM system, ensuring all client information, interactions, and sales activities are accurately recorded. You'll assist the sales team by generating reports and managing data to support their daily operations.
- Client Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any inquiries. You will be a key point of contact, helping to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Lead Management: Qualify and nurture incoming leads by gathering essential information and preparing them for the sales team. You'll ensure leads are efficiently assigned and tracked through the sales pipeline.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills are a must. Experience with a CRM system is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
