Export Sales Specialist

  • Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business growth in international markets.
  • Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with new distributors, importers, and retail partners abroad.
  • Manage and expand existing export accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in target regions.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, quotations, and pricing agreements with overseas clients.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation standards.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in export sales, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing (experience in biscuits, confectionery, or bakery products is an advantage).Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).Results-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
