We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Architect / BIM Modeler to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced in architectural drafting and 3D modeling using BIM tools, with a strong grasp of coordination and documentation workflows. This role focuses on producing high-quality drawings and BIM models across a variety of project types.
Responsibilities:Develop and maintain accurate BIM models and detailed drawings throughout all project phasesCoordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplinesEnsure model accuracy, compliance with project requirements, and adherence to company and industry standardsSupport the design team with technical drafting, revisions, and model updatesParticipate in model reviews and clash detection processesRequirements:Degree in Architecture or a related field2+ years of experience in BIM modeling and drafting using RevitStrong knowledge of architectural detailing and documentation standardsProficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Navisworks is a plusAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyHigh attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
