Account Manager (SKF )

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key industrial accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within assigned territories.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert product recommendations.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical and service teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients’ maintenance and production needs.
  • Conduct regular client visits and consultations to understand operational challenges and propose value-added solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable agreements in line with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

4-7 years of proven experience in account management, sales, or client relationship roles, preferably within the industrial or B2B sector.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Solid understanding of industrial maintenance products, solutions, or related technical fields.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to analyze client needs and develop customized solutions.Strong organizational and time management skills.Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
