● Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the food sector especially
Basmati rice.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales of Basmati Rice .
● Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
● Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
● Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality customer service.
● Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
● Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote company products.
● Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
● Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.● 2-6 years of experience in sales, preferably within the food industry or B2B environment.● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.● Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.● Excellent organizational and time management abilities.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.● Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
