- Provide Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, PCs, and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Active Directory, Email, etc.).
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure security policies and backups are implemented and maintained.
- Support IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, and system improvements.
- Document processes, solutions, and system changes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3 years of experience in IT Help Desk.Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.Familiarity with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls).Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Good communication and teamwork skills.
