Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 2-5 years of proven experience as a Site and Quality Engineer in architectural or civil projects. Strong understanding of work processes, site management, and project coordination. Proficiency in interpreting architectural and civil engineering drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under tight deadlines. Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites. Experience with project management software and MS Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work full-time, between the administration and site, and adapt to evolving project needs.
