  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance GMC’s presence in the talent market.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress and challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.Experience with various sourcing techniques, including social media and networking.Strong organizational and time management skills.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite office environment.
