- Develop and execute scalable sales strategies and processes.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the e-commerce and export sectors.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Attract, onboard, and manage suppliers & buyers on the platform.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Lead and inspire high-performing sales teams across different segments.
- Collaborate with operations, customer success, and marketing to maximize impact.
Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and present actionable insights to senior management. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Days off: Fridays
Working hours: from 9 to 6

BS/MS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.10+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in B2B and 3+ years as a Sales Manager.Previous experience in E-commerce is a mustDemonstrated ability to drive the full sales process from planning to closing.
